Mozzie is Neal's oldest friend, closest confidant and a fellow criminal. Though he remains far more loyal to the criminal world than does his buddy Neal, Mozzie will occasionally provide help to Burke, usually when it benefits Neal. Generally speaking he detests the enforcement and refers mockingly to Burke as Suit and his wife Elizabeth as Mrs. Suit. Mozzie's criminal expertise seems primarily to be with electronics and gadgetry. Mozzie is adept at cracking codes and he appears still to have a lengthy network of contacts in the criminal world. For a criminal, Mozzie does not appear to have any interest in violence of any kind.Background: We know that Mozzie was an orphan. In part because of that fact he is particularly fond of children.
