Rhonda Ramsey was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. She joined the Air Force out of High School and was stationed in England where she met her husband, Rob. Rhonda enjoys writing and has free lanced several human interest articles for various international publications. She is also a registered nurse. After living in Europe, New York and Chicago, Rhonda talked her Michigan born husband into settling below the Mason Dixon Line in Shreveport, Louisiana.
