Mike Kinney (born March 16, 1982) is an actor, author, and former professional wrestler, better known by his stage name "Cowboy" Gator Magraw. He lives in Minnesota with his wife and daughter and he is attending the University of Minnesota - Mankato with an English major and Communication Studies minor.Kinney's athletic background is in football. In high school, Mike was on the student council for three years, a D.A.R.E. role model, voted "most school spirit", and voted into the "Who's Who Among American High School Students" for four consecutive years. Mike began acting and watching professional wrestling as a child. His favorite wrestler to watch was Hulk Hogan. Mike pursued a wrestling career shortly after his father's death in 2001.Mike started wrestling in his backyard at a very young age. He eventually went and got trained to be a professional wrestler In 2002, Mike attended the Midwest Pro Wrestling Training Academy in Minnesota and did his pro training under Terry Klinger, Dan Schaffner, and Arik Cannon. He later would go to advanced training camps with Harley Race, Ricky Steamboat, and Les Thatcher. Mike wrestled hundreds of matches throughout the United States and Canada until his retirement in 2007. In 2006, Mike opened up his own wrestling promotion called Pro-Wrestling RUSH, which lasted one year. Mike has appeared on WWE programming and toured across the country with the Insane Clown Posse and their wrestling promotion.Along with Mike's theater background, he has been in feature length films.
