Born in Harlem, New York and raised in the South Bronx for the entirety of his childhood, Leopold first picked up acting when he was twelve years old. By the time he was fourteen, Leopold earned a spot at the prestigious LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts (the "Fame" School), where he studied acting for four years. During his Senior year in high school, Leopold had been selected along with the other 3% of applicants throughout the country to participate in the 2011 NFAA YoungARTS Week in the Spoken Theater discipline for a showcase performance in Miami, Florida. From this, he went on to audition for the University of Minnesota's B.F.A. Guthrie Theater Actor Training program where he earned a spot in the acting company. Show less «
