A New Orleans native, Leon received a BA in Speech Education from the University of New Orleans in 1992, and an MFA in Performance from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003. Since then, he has performed in regional theatres throughout the South, Midwest, and East Coast. He resides once again in New Orleans, where he serves on the Board of Governors Executive Committee of Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre.Also an accomplished writer and blogger, Leon's short stories and articles have been published in two books and numerous magazines.
