My favorite thing he says is "Were just people running this company, were trying to make great products for people, and so we at least have the courage of our convictions to say we don't think this is part of what makes a great product, were going to leave it out. Any of Andrés [André Balazs] places, the TV never gets turned on. I would have to say Chiltern [Chiltern Firehouse] is the best hotel. It doesn't get much better. I wouldn't even call it a hotel ... more like a really nice B&B. It's home. Show less «
