Delaina takes control of Josh Brolin, as his tyrannical wife Mrs. Chastity Bjornsen, in Paul Thomas Anderson's Inherent Vice. This talented actress is also recognized around the globe for her role alongside Tom Cruise in Cameron Crowe's Vanilla Skeu. She first made her film debut in Forest Whitaker's acclaimed Waiting to Exhale.A sexy but soulful actress, Delaina has also gained legions of fans from her numerous television appearances. Demonstrating a wide range, she has portrayed a variety of women, from a neurologist, to a drug addict, a battered wife, a relentless boss, to the sweet mom next door. Her most notable guest starring stints include The Middle, The Defenders, No Ordinary Family, N.Y.P.D. Blue, E.R., and Strong Medicine and a recurring role on Comedy Central's Stripmall among others. Delaina is often recognized for her ADT commercials which have aired nationally nearly 7 thousand times.Originally from Huntington Beach, CA, Delaina has been soaring as a performer and dancing to the beat of her own drum since she was a young girl. Her interests first lead her to study mime, acting and dance, and participate as a competitive synchronized swimmer. Then, Delaina set her sights on juggling and dancing on stilts as a member of "Girls on Stilts", which took her around the country performing. Her stilts lead to her gigs with Aerosmith at the American Music Awards, their "Jaded" music video and alongside Jane's Addiction at the Hollywood Bowl.Always seeking to hone her acting talents, Delaina has trained at South Coast Repertory, National Institute of Dramatic Arts, and with renowned coaches Larry Moss and Harry Mastrogeorge.
