Caitlin Carrigan was born in Concord, Massachusetts to parents Philip and Coralee (Crockett) Carrigan, and spent her childhood all over Middlesex County. She began acting while attending high school at Westford Academy, followed by training and performing throughout college and in local theater productions.During the pandemic, Carrigan turned her focus to narrating audiobooks, as well as writing several novels under the pen names, Michaela Wright and Miranda Newfield.
